1.As an entrepreneur, what are your 3 main challenges and how do you overcome them?
- Financial Management:
o Challenge: Managing cash flow, securing funding and budgeting.
o Solution : Regularly overview cashflow, restrict budget for particular expense,
develop detailed financial plan. - Market Competition and Innovation:
o Challenge: Staying competitive in a rapidly evolving market and continuously
innovating products or services.
o Solution: Regular market research , develop the brands USP. - Team Building and Management:
o Challenge: Attracting and retaining a skilled and motivated team, fostering
effective communication, and managing team dynamics.
o Solution : Hiring right talent, offer good package, regular team building
activities.
2. As a businessperson, what is your understanding of Marketing and Selling?
Marketing is PULL while selling is PUSH. Marketing creates awareness and interest, making
selling more effective.
3. Is Selling, Marketing or / and getting & retaining Customers a challenge for you? If yes,
what do you do about it?
Selling and marketing and ultimately getting customers is major challenge in my business.
We are currently exploring new marketing strategies like digital marketing, doing physical
exhibitions for brand awareness. We use WhatsApp broadcast to be in touch and offer
schemes time to time.
4. What is your way of understanding customer needs?
Mostly, I personally talk with the customer and understand their needs. Observation also helps.
5. What is the way in which you reach customers (i.e., How do they come to know about
you?) Reasons to select these ways?
Till date Facebook groups and Facebook pages even personal Facebook account is my way
to reach to new customers. We are now working with Instagram too. Reason to select
Facebook group is it is a closed group and one can see the personal account associated
with the group so trust factor which generally affects online buying get resolved here.
6. What is the role of Technology and Processes in your Business?
Technology and processes play crucial roles in modern businesses, driving efficiency,
innovation, and overall success. Technology automates the tasks. Data management is
more easy with technology.
Effective process can lead to reduce bottlenecks and enhance overall efficiency. In our case
we have process for quality control so that we can deliver high quality products to our
customers.
7. Tell us something Creative / Innovative you do in your Sales / Marketing or any
aspect of your Business.
Now a days we are more focused on reels. We make reels in voice over format or make a
reel with some information or make a just entertaining reel.
