As the Founder and President of the Bhutan Early Childhood Education and Development Association (BECEDA), he has created a national platform that advocates for quality early childhood education. Under his leadership, BECEDA has taken strides in policy reform, research promotion, and capacity-building efforts, setting new standards for early childhood care in Bhutan.

He also founded the Gelephu Child Care Centre (GCCC), a model private ECCD center located in the visionary Gelephu Mindfulness City. GCCC stands as a shining example of how Bhutanese values can harmoniously blend with global best practices to offer children a nurturing, holistic start in life.
