Kuenga Tashi is the Secretary-General of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), bringing a wealth of experience from his previous career in journalism and education. A former broadcast journalist at Bhutan Broadcasting Service (BBS), Kuenga honed his skills in communication, storytelling, and public engagement, which have shaped his leadership style today. He is known for his clear, insightful perspectives on national issues, particularly in the realm of media and political discourse.
In addition to his career in journalism, Kuenga served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Sherubtse College, where he taught media and communication to college students. His teaching experience has allowed him to inspire and shape the next generation of communicators, further solidifying his commitment to education and public service.
Kuenga’s decision to join the People’s Democratic Party was deeply rooted in his belief in visionary leadership.
