Job Description: Plant Manager (VTI/TTI Graduate)

1. Plant Operations (Processed cheese, Paneer & Ghee): Ensure smooth operation of equipment, maintaining high standards of quality and safety;

2. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards for all equipment. Work in close coordination with the Production/ Operations Manager;

3. Process Monitoring: Responsible to adjust processes (flow, temperature, H.T.S.T. charting) to ensure optimal product quality;

4. Team Development: Engage in continuous learning and contribute to a culture of safety and improvement

5. Monitoring for Operation & Maintenance: Regularly maintain and repair plant equipment as needed;

6. Documenting plant’s fitness: Ensuring plant is fit to operate and document details to meet organizational and audit requirements; and

7. Other Duties: Assist with additional plant-related tasks and any other duties required as per dynamics of the company’s need.

Qualification: Diploma

The factory is expected to be fully operational by 1st quarter 2025.
