With a high school qualification and no prior work experience, Karma found herself confronted with the challenges of running a company. Determined to overcome these obstacles, she embarked on a two-year journey of continuous learning. Karma participated in various business training courses, including small business management, green and climate technology business development, design thinking, and financial management. Armed with newfound knowledge and skills, she successfully steered her company towards growth.
