His career took flight when he captivated audiences as a contestant in Druk Star National TV Singing Reality in 2010, securing a place among the Top 7.

This early recognition paved the way for his flourishing career in playback singing, where his voice became synonymous with some of Bhutan’s most cherished films, including Bardo, Sleeping Beauty, and Guru Pema Youber.

As a judge and show director, Tshering has played a pivotal role in shaping Bhutan’s music reality scene. He was instrumental in the success of Drinchen Phamai Sungkey in 2017 and later took on the role of Artist Manager for Bhutan Rising Star in 2022.

His leadership in organizing Melodies of Bhutan in 2023 solidified his reputation as a mentor and visionary in the industry. Today, he continues to inspire the next generation of artists as a judge on Bhutan Star 2024 and Bhutan Rising Star (Season 2).
